Weather Policy
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our policy that refunds or rainchecks are not given for wet, cold, or hot weather
It is also possible that we will temporarily close the park due to severe weather conditions, such as lightning in close proximity or high winds. If we evacuate guests out of the trees due to dangerous weather, you can expect:
- To gather near the harnessing area for a general announcement
- Most storms pass quickly, our goal is to get you back on the courses as soon as it is safe to do so. We will continue to monitor the storm after all guests are safely down from the trees
- We ask you to wait for the weather to pass and for management to decide if guests can return to the courses. Total wait time will not exceed 1.5 hours
- If we are unable to return to the courses within 1.5 hours, you will be provided Full Rainchecks to return at no cost any time in the next year
- If you do not want to wait, you may leave with a Half Raincheck to return for half-price at any time in the next year
- No Rainchecks will be issued if guests are able to return to climbing
- You must wait on the premises and hold onto your harness to receive a Raincheck
- All Rainchecks are subject to future availability
- If you have not yet started your adventure for the day, you are entitled to a Full Raincheck, refund, or reschedule
